These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bujji Bakehouse website, online services, and purchases from Bujji Bakehouse. Bujji Bakehouse is operated by Rasa Bakehouse LLC d/b/a Bujji Bakehouse ("Bujji Bakehouse," "Bujji," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a catering order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies applicable to your purchase.
1. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product or ingredient availability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or other operational circumstances. If we cancel a paid order before goods or services are provided, we will refund the applicable amount.
2. Menu and Product Availability
Bujji Bakehouse uses fresh and seasonal ingredients. Products, flavors, decorations, ingredients, availability, and presentation may change. Photographs and illustrations are for general reference. Handmade products may reasonably vary in appearance, size, color, decoration, and presentation.
3. Reasonable Substitutions
If an ingredient, garnish, packaging component, decoration, or similar component becomes unavailable, we may make a reasonable substitution that does not materially change the product. For catering, custom, or specialty orders, we will attempt to contact the customer before a material substitution when reasonably practicable. We will not knowingly substitute an ingredient in a manner that conflicts with allergy information specifically communicated to and accepted by us.
4. Prices and Errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, fees, delivery charges, or other applicable charges may be added at checkout. If an obvious pricing, menu, or technical error affects an order, we may correct the error and allow the customer to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected item or order for a refund.
5. Payment
Regular online ordering may be processed through SpotOn or another designated ordering provider. Catering payments may be processed through Stripe or another designated payment provider. Third-party payment and ordering services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Pickup
Customers are responsible for selecting and reviewing the correct pickup date, time, and location. If you expect to be late, contact us promptly. Because products are perishable, we cannot guarantee an order can be held beyond its pickup period. Prepared orders that are not picked up are generally non-refundable and may be discarded when reasonably necessary for food safety, quality, or operations.

Unless different terms are disclosed before purchase, preorders may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 48 hours, the preorder is final and non-refundable. Large or custom preorders may be subject to Catering Terms or separately disclosed terms.

Customers are responsible for accurate contact, pickup, event, customization, and allergy information. We are not responsible for problems caused by materially inaccurate or incomplete customer-supplied information except as otherwise required by law.
12. Promotions
Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, special offers, and loyalty benefits may have additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
13. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
14. Intellectual Property
The Bujji Bakehouse name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product photography, website design, written content, menu descriptions, illustrations, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rasa Bakehouse LLC and protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, commercially exploited, or used to falsely suggest affiliation without permission, except as permitted by law.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website to engage in fraud; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious software; unlawfully scrape or harvest personal information; impersonate another person; make unauthorized purchases; infringe intellectual-property rights; or engage in unlawful activity.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with third-party ordering, payment, mapping, social-media, analytics, advertising, or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party systems except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Rasa Bakehouse LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchases to the extent such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasa Bakehouse LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, utility failures, government orders, emergencies, supply interruptions, transportation disruptions, equipment failures, labor disruptions, or comparable events. If such an event prevents fulfillment of a paid order, we will work toward an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here deprives a consumer of protections or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
21. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
22. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. The terms applicable to an order are generally those presented or otherwise applicable when the order is placed.
