1. Major Food Allergens
Bujji Bakehouse prepares and serves products that may contain one or more of the nine major food allergens recognized under applicable requirements: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
Specific allergen information should be provided for applicable menu items through our menu, product information, labeling, electronic allergen information, or other written notification.
2. Shared Preparation Environment
Our products are prepared in a facility and on equipment where multiple allergens are handled. We take food allergies seriously and use reasonable food-handling practices. However, ingredients, equipment, preparation areas, utensils, storage areas, and surfaces may be shared, so cross-contact may occur. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, we do not represent that any item is completely free of a particular allergen or suitable for a person with a severe allergy.
3. Tell Us About Your Allergy
If you have a food allergy, notify a Bujji Bakehouse team member before ordering. For serious allergies, do not rely solely on a general customization or notes field; contact us directly if you need help understanding allergen information before ordering.
4. Ingredient and Supplier Changes
Recipes, ingredients, brands, and supplier formulations can change. We work to keep allergen information accurate and update disclosures as appropriate. Customers with allergies should review current information each time they order rather than relying only on a previous purchase.
5. Dietary Descriptions
Descriptions such as vegetarian or similar terminology describe the intended recipe or ingredients and do not, by themselves, mean an item is allergen-free or protected from cross-contact. Any gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, or similar representation should be relied upon only when specifically stated for the item and understood together with any cross-contact notice.
6. Packaged Products
Products packaged for retail sale will contain ingredient and allergen information as required by applicable labeling requirements. Always review the product label before consuming a packaged product.
7. After Pickup
Follow storage, refrigeration, reheating, or consumption instructions supplied with the order. Once food is picked up, delivered, or transferred to the customer or customer's representative, the customer is responsible for appropriate transportation, storage, temperature control, handling, and service.
